Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge you a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations.
Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of service.
If you no-show to your scheduled appointment, you may be charged 100% of service.
As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is complete. We also do not give out refunds for completed services.
